Scope and payment
We agree the deliverables, price, milestones, revisions and responsibilities in writing. Project payments are normally split between the start and agreed delivery, with the exact schedule in your proposal. A first call is an initial discussion; detailed diagnosis and implementation are paid work.
Rescue, build and care
The $349 rescue covers one WordPress site and one priority issue, written findings and one focused repair up to 60 minutes if feasible. Findings are targeted within two business days after scope and access are confirmed. Larger work is quoted separately.
Membership builds start at $1,200 and include an agreed page list and integration scope, plus 30 days of support for bugs in delivered work. Care starts at $129 monthly after onboarding review, with monitoring, updates, daily backups, up to one hour of routine fixes and a monthly report. Unused time does not roll over. Existing faults, new features, rebuilds and malware recovery are separate. Cancel care before renewal. Standard support is not 24/7 emergency cover.
Other costs
Hosting, domains, paid licences, booking providers, AI usage and advertising spend are separate unless expressly included. Your proposal confirms currency and applicable taxes.
Review and ownership
You review the work against the agreed scope. Your content, website and accounts remain yours, subject to the licences of third-party assets and software. We agree the access needed for delivery and the handover at completion.
Results and dependencies
No specific ranking, traffic, AI citation, lead volume or revenue result is guaranteed. Delivery can depend on timely content, access, approvals and third-party services. The proposal identifies these dependencies.
