Do you only work on membership websites?

I work on business websites, WooCommerce shops, publishing sites and learning platforms. Memberships and courses are part of that work. You can also come to me for a new WordPress site, a repair, a migration or help connecting your tools.

What does the free site checkup include?

We spend 20 minutes discussing what you need and the next step. Bring your website or a new-site idea. The call is an initial assessment; detailed diagnosis, repairs and development are paid work. We agree the scope and price before that work starts.

Can you take over a site someone else built?

Yes. I review the setup and the work you need before recommending a plan. The $349 Site Rescue & Audit covers one site and one priority issue. I quote for a larger repair, rebuild or integration after reviewing the scope.

Can you connect my website, email tools and payments?

I work on WordPress integrations, including WooCommerce, MemberPress, LearnDash and WP Fusion. Tell me which tools you use and what should happen between them. I check compatibility and any licence requirements before quoting.

Can I put a broken site on the care plan?

I review the site first and quote for existing problems before ongoing care begins. The plan includes up to 1 hour of routine fixes each month. New features, rebuilds and malware recovery need a separate quote.

How long will the work take?

I aim to reply within one business day, Monday to Saturday. For the rescue audit, I aim to deliver findings within 2 business days after we confirm scope and access. A small build may take 2–6 weeks once content and scope are ready. Your proposal confirms the schedule; repair timing depends on diagnosis. Standard plans do not include 24/7 cover.

What do you need to quote for a new site?

Tell me what your business does, what visitors should be able to do, and your target launch date. Include any pages, content or integrations you have in mind. You can leave the website field blank if you have not built one yet.

Who owns the site, and how do payments work?

Your website, content and accounts remain yours. Project payments are normally 50% to start and 50% on agreed delivery; the proposal confirms milestones. Care is billed monthly. Prices are in USD. Your proposal confirms taxes and any extra costs, including hosting, domains and paid licences.
