Services & pricing
Updated 21 October 2026 · Prices in USD
Get help with a WordPress build, repair, integration or ongoing upkeep. You work with me, Rohan Salave, from the first conversation through to delivery. We agree the scope, price and milestones in writing before paid work begins.
Start with a free 20-minute site checkup
Bring a website problem or a new-project idea. We discuss what you need and a suitable next step. This call is an initial assessment. Detailed investigation, repairs and development are paid services with a separate scope.
Build & migrate · from $1,200
For a new WordPress website or a planned move from your existing setup. The scope covers one site with an agreed page list, content structure and specified integrations. This can include a business website, WooCommerce shop, membership site or learning platform.
I quote for the pages, content, migration data and connections you need. A small build may take 2–6 weeks once content and scope are ready; the proposal confirms your schedule. The price includes launch checks and 30 days of support for bugs in the delivered scope.
New features, third-party changes, content creation, hosting, domains and paid licences cost extra unless the written proposal includes them.
Site Rescue & Audit · $349
For one WordPress site and one priority issue. I investigate the problem, provide written findings and carry out one focused repair of up to 60 minutes if feasible. After a repair, I test the affected customer journey.
I aim to deliver findings within 2 business days after we confirm scope and access. That is a target for findings, not a guaranteed repair deadline. I quote for larger repairs, extra issues, malware recovery and third-party costs before doing that work.
Ongoing care · $129 per month
For one WordPress site after a baseline review. The plan includes monitoring, updates, daily backups, a monthly health report and up to 1 hour of routine fixes each month.
I assess and quote for existing faults before care begins. Unused support time does not roll over. New features, rebuilds, malware recovery, hosting, domains and paid licences cost extra unless we add them to the agreement. Email me before the next renewal to cancel.
Integrations & automation · quoted for your scope
Tell me which tools you use and what you want to happen between them. Examples include sending form details to your customer tools, connecting checkout to follow-up emails, or linking a purchase to course access.
I review compatibility, licence requirements and the work involved before quoting. We can include an integration in a build or scope it as a separate project. The rescue audit covers investigation of one existing issue within its stated limits.
Replies and delivery dates
I aim to reply within one business day, Monday to Saturday. I review Sunday messages on the next business day. A reply confirms receipt and the next step; repair timing depends on diagnosis, access, backups and third-party services. Standard plans do not include 24/7 on-call cover.
Payments and ownership
Project payments are normally 50% to start and 50% on agreed delivery. The proposal confirms the milestones, currency and applicable taxes. Care is billed monthly. Your website, content and accounts remain yours. We discuss and price any extra work before I begin it.
Access, backups and testing
We agree access and a backup plan before I make changes. I use staging where available and test the affected customer journey. Share credentials through the secure method we agree, rather than through the public enquiry form.
