Information you send in an enquiry
The form asks for your name, email, service choice and message. You can also include your website and platform. It records the page where you submitted the form and any source or campaign information attached to the page link.
I use these details to understand the work, reply to you and follow up on your request. Please leave out passwords, payment-card details and customer records. Sending an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Forms and appointments
Netlify hosts this website and processes form submissions. Enquiries may also reach the studio’s business email inbox.
The booking link takes you to Calendly. Calendly manages appointments and confirmation emails under its own privacy information. It shares meeting details with the connected calendar and conferencing services needed to arrange the call.
Website measurement
I use simple website events to understand how visitors find the studio and use the contact options. These include page views, service selections, submitted enquiries and clicks on booking or email links.
The measurement records contain the date, event type, service category and a general source such as LinkedIn or direct. They do not contain names, email addresses, message text, IP addresses or a persistent visitor identifier. This measurement uses no advertising cookies and stops when your browser sends Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track signals.
Hosting and security providers may process standard request logs, including IP addresses, to run and protect their services. This website serves its own fonts. Links to project websites and social profiles take you to other sites with their own privacy policies.
Storage and your choices
I keep enquiry and service information to respond to you and manage the work you request. Email me to ask for access, correction or deletion. I may need to retain records for ongoing work or accounting. I do not include your contact details in the website measurement records.
